On the 16th January our ty year and third years went to the eye cinema in Galway. We were going to see Tomi Reichintal. He talked about his experience throughout the holocaust and we watched a documentary about his experience and what happened to him during the time of the holocaust.
Tomi is a great man the way he was able to talk about his experience really struck me. He lost his family when he was really young as they were jewish. He went to live with his uncle changed his name and converted to a different religion and was on the run for many years.
It was a very inspiring and emotional.
